4IR stands for "Fourth Industrial Revolution," referring to a current era of rapid technological advancement characterized by emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and 3D printing.

"Future Skills training" means providing education and development programs focused on acquiring the skills needed to thrive in this 4IR landscape, including critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, digital literacy, and expertise in relevant technologies like data analysis and coding
